Oak Lodge provides office space to all sizes of companies, from one-person startups to branch offices of national companies.


The majority of occupiers tend to be small companies with 2-5 staff.  There is an amazing community of tenants at Oak Lodge, with someone always around for a chat over the kettle or to give support if needed.

All aspects of the site and its services are managed for you: the broadband, telephone, cleaning and maintenance is all taken care of – even furniture can be provided if required.  This leaves you free to concentrate on your business.

To move forward with your new office all you will need is:
  • A deposit of one months rent
  • A signed agreement
  • Rental paid monthly in advance on the 1st of the month
